Who We Are

I first discovered Pilates over 15 years ago, before I fell pregnant with our first of four children. At the time, I was searching for an exercise program that could not only keep me active but also help relieve the neck and shoulder pain I had been living with.

From my very first class, I was hooked. The mindful movements, the way my body felt lighter yet stronger, and the relief I experienced in my everyday life made Pilates so much more than just “exercise” for me—it became a way of moving that truly supported my body through pregnancy, recovery, and the demands of family life.

That’s why I fell in love with Pilates—and why I’m passionate about sharing it with others. I know firsthand how transformative it can be, no matter where you are in life or what your body has been through.
